Strategies for Wealth Management (www.Stratagies4WM.com) is one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in Connecticut, and we're looking for a skilled appointment setter to join our team!

The two key parts of this role:

• As the third member of a team along with two financial advisors, assist with organization, administration, paperwork, client service, etc.
• Set appointments with prospects and clients over the phone. NO COLD CALLING - these are folks who have asked us to reach out.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, and driven and bring strong communication and administrative skills. If you have the desire and the tools, we can teach you the "industry specifics!"

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reach out to prospects and clients over the phone and schedule appointments.
• Manage and process Investment and Insurance Paperwork for our team.
• Perform other administrative tasks, respond to emails, and various other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar industry is preferred, but not required.
• Proficient and comfortable on the phone.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with excellent follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; reliable and professional, driven to succeed.
• Excellent Sales and Communication Skills are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,319.00 - $65,607.00 per year
