The Position
TLK Fusion, a dynamic and growing marketing agency, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for our executive leadership team.
Sales assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support and brand outreach for our sales team. Supports sales team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the influencer department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides outreach to brands on a day-to-day basis.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports our sales team.
- Carries out administrative duties (communication) with the sales department
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
