This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an Administrative Assistant., you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the INT Teams based out of the Issaquah, WA office
  • For all PO Management at the Issaquah office
  • NDA Management activities
  • Supporting different engineering teams with studies (formative, clinical) scheduling
  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the following teams: Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commodity, RAD, Business Development, Clinical and Logistics
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information
  • Facilitating approvals and management of document flows
  • Coordinating and driving special projects and department activities as needed.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Assistant supporting clinical and purchasing activities
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams and PowerPoint) certification(s) a plus.

The pay range for this position in Issaquah, WA is $70,000 - $80,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical location. The annual incentive target is 5% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
