Position: Part Time
Hours/Week: 14-21 Hours
Schedule: 2-3 days a week (Flexible Schedule)
The Project Services Coordinator's responsibilities include assisting the Business Manager and/or Assistant Director with administrative tasks and various purchasing projects such as obtaining quotes, interacting with vendors, and preparing related quote summaries as needed; communicating with vendors to obtain invoices; and querying and logging vendor payment information. Other duties include operating the central telephone console or a private branch switchboard, assisting with security procedures, greeting visitors, and performing front desk routine clerical duties as necessary.
