Role: Accounts Payable Clerk
Pay Rate: $26/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: M-F, standard business hours, 40 hours per week
*Location: Linthicum, MD (Hybrid)
Length of Assignment: 6 months, with opportunity for extension/conversion pending performance, attendance, and business need
Target Start Date: ASAP, pending completion of new hire onboarding

*This role is hybrid (3 days/week in office) and equipment is provided, candidates must provide reliable internet and dedicated work from home space*

Scope and Purpose of Position

Responsible for managing the day-to-day workload associated with the reconciliation and processing of vendor invoices.

Essential Functions

• 2+ years of experience with AP Three–way match process.
• 2+ years of experience with invoice auditing for proper approval based on company policy.
• Detailed knowledge of GL coding of vendor invoices and payment requests.
