Role and Responsibilities
As an account manager kitchen retail you are responsible for the sales of kitchen appliances in North Holland; from Amsterdam to Groningen.
This means you are responsible for the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships within your customer portfolio
- Maximize sales of your assigned product portfolio
- Negotiate price, terms and marketing activities to maximize sales
- Develop the new retail channel to introduce and sell products
- All related marketing and sales activities to maximize sales
- Gather market and competitor information
- Create sales forecasts and manage all sales data
- Attend corporate events as representative of HQ
- Learn the correct product information to maintain strong relationships with accounts
- Compile sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) on current status and upcoming periods in order to gain full insight into the sales process
- Knowledge of salesforce is an advantage
- Analyze sales data
- Gather recent marketing information
- Day dales outstanding: manage and discuss outstanding invoices with your accounts.
- Making continuous analyses of market share per product group per account
- You work and communicate efficiently with the division's sales team and other departments such as credit & collections, order processing, logistics, legal, internal sales, marketing department
- You actively participate in sales meetings
