Job Summary

We are looking for a 1-3 year experienced accounting assistant who is adept in technology to support the Accounting department. This individual will be responsible for supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other accounting functions.

General Responsibilities

• Supports risk management by preparing reports and data in excel for review by controller
• Performs second tier lien waiver reviews
• Provides month end close support through data review and contract schedule preparation
• Assists accounts payable with invoice processing and other duties as needed
• Manages credit card reconciliation process
• Supports the accounting team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Data entry skills
• Competency with math and calculations
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Comfortable with using copiers and scanners
• Competent in Microsoft Suite
